Aleksandra Mudrinić Ribić is Head of service for support to e-education in Croatian Academic and Research Network – CARNET. Beside project management skills she has great expertise in planning and managing project and programs in the field of education. Some of projects results aim to support and develop digital competences of adults; teachers and teaching staff, school principals and pupils. Public education in Croatia, both secondary and primary, are experiencing digital transformation trough national program e-Schools: Establishing a System for Developing Digitally Mature Schools (pilot project) founded by the European Union. As a manager of project ICT in teaching and learning, which is one of eight subproject of project e-Schools, along with her team and vendors she has developed Digital competences framework for teachers, school principals and administrative school staff; Digital learning resources based on STEM curriculum and Teaching scenarios which include innovative pedagogical approaches and digital tools. The results of the successes in this area are presented in hers latest project Schools 2.0, which has been recognized and awarded by the European Commission as one of the three most innovative initiatives in the category of education and research.
Ivana Belamarić graduated Psychology, Faculty of Croatian Studies at the University of Zagreb in 2003, enrolled Master in "Organization and Management" at the Faculty of Economy in Zagreb. She is founder of the Center for Psychological Counseling, Education and Research – Sirius, where she has been employed since 2007 as Head of Office. Among other duties, she conducts vocational guidance and counseling for children, youth and adults; implement educational workshops on topics of education and vocational guidance of adult, especially long-term unemployed; implement projects aimed at increasing the employability of marginalized groups; carries out professional selection of candidates and assessment of employees' potential. She completed education in Reality Therapy, Choice Theory and lead management, Art Therapy, Neuro-linguistic programming, application of different psychological instruments in the process of vocational guidance, professional selection and career management. She has attended numerous education in the field of management and capacity building of non-profit organizations and the preparation and implementation of projects. She is co-author of the textbook "Psychology of Sales" for the 3rd Class of Sellers and 4th Class of Commercialists for Secondary Vocational Schools; co-author of the questionnaire on Mobbing, organizational climate and dignity of work, and the manual for the application of Mobbing questionnaire and trainer training.
Irena Bačelić holds a master's degree in pedagogy from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb. Currently she is the manager of the Department of labour market in the Ministry of labour and pension system. She is in charge of employment policy, development and implementation of employment programmes and measures, adjustment of education with the needs of labour market, development of the Croatian qualification framework and analysis of the labour market. Also, she work as a counsel for professional guidance and development of careers with emphasis on the education and qualification of unemployed people. Irena Bačelić is the president of the Forum for lifelong professional guidance and career development which is implementing the Strategy for lifelong professional guidance and career development in Croatia. She is also a member of the Employment Committee (EMCO) of the Council of the European Union and the European skills, competences, qualifications and occupations work group (ESCO) at the European Commission.
Josip Sobin spent nine years in the United States where he graduated from Molecular Biology. He worked as a research fellow and lecturer on the faculty, as well as participating in the creation of laboratory programs for higher education institutions. Understanding and experience in managing educational institutions combined with the knowledge of information and communication technologies enabled him to participate in the software development of Amber School Manager, an online platform for managing educational institutions. Josip is currently working as a project leader for “The Cloud of Knowledge - an integrated platform for the schools of the future establishment and management”, funded by the European Regional Development Fund, intended for innovation development. Today, he manages Jantar – institute for adult education, and Jantar - school for foreign languages, together these have over 1,800 students every year enrolled in formal and informal education programs.
Katja Kragelj is professor of pedagogy and andragogy. She's employed at the Center for Research and Development at Slovenian Institut for Adult Education, where she works as an expert in literacy development. One of her main tasks at Slovenian Institut for Adult Education is translating, adapting, piloting and introducing an instrument for individual assessment of adult skills - "Skills Assessment Network Questionnaire". It's a network of Internationally Applied Tools ("Education & Skills Online") for measuring the skills of individuals solely using computers, which provides valid and reliable results on key skills necessary for work, community life and home environment.
Mario Vučić is working at the Agency for Vocational Education and training and Adult Education as Assistant Director for Adult Education Development. He performs the tasks of strategic and operational management of adult education system in the Republic of Croatia. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb in 2006 and continues his education at the same Faculty, completing his postgraduate study of non-profit marketing. He is also the Head of the project team of the Lifelong Learning Promotion ESF (2016-2018) project, as well as the EPALE e-Platform for Adult Education in Europe (2015 - 2016). He is also a member of several expert commissions: a professional team for the development of an external evaluation system for educational institutions, a commission for recognition of foreign professional qualifications in the field of sports, an expert working group for monitoring and planning the implementation of the adult education strategy - the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Drafting Commission of the Draft Proposal Of the Adult Education Act (2015), Head of Expert Working Group - Adult Education for Strategic Planning and Implementation of Lifelong Professional Guidance in the Republic of Croatia.
Morana Koludrović has a PhD in the field of pedagogy, branch didactics. From 2008-2013, she was an assistant / researcher at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split, from 2013-2015 senior assistant, and in 2015 she became assistant professor (field pedagogy, branch didactics) at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split. From 2015 till now works as an external assistant at the Art Academy in Split on the course of which is the holder and contractor: Didactic, and at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split on the course of which is the holder and contractor: Classroom management. From 2002-2013 she worked as a class teacher in several elementary schools, and as a Senior Advisor in institution of early and preschool education. She is a member of the working group for drafting recommendations on the quality of teaching and learning in the Croatian higher education and national Profeel competence and curriculum framework for improving the skills of teachers in higher education, she is a head of pedagogy at the Scientific Center of Excellence for school effectiveness and management, member of the project team on the project Making occupational standards and standards qualification standards for experts for adult education, deputy head of the Center for research and development of lifelong learning, from 2013-2015, and numerous other projects and activities. She also participated in numerous (21) international scientific conferences in the field of pedagogy, psychology and adult education.
Pedro Moreno da Fonseca is Cedefop’s Lifelong guidance and career development expert and the manager of CareersNet, Cedefop’s network for guidance and career development. He also develops research in the area of migrant and refugee integration in learning and the labour market. He regularly participates in working groups engaging the European Commission and the OECD. Prior to Cedefop he developed EU level work in European policy networks in the fields of employment and guidance. He has developed and managed research in lifelong guidance systems, educational transitions, migrations, technological innovation and organisational learning. He has worked in the development of national strategies and systems in employment, VET/education, guidance and technological innovation for the Portuguese ministries of education, labour and economics. He has also been a university lecturer in the fields of education and economics. He has academic training in economics and holds a PhD in Sociology of Education.
Ružica Vorgić Krvavica is born in 1980 in Vinkovci. She graduated English language and literature and Pedagogy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb in 2007. Until 2011 she taught English in primary school J. J. Strossmayer in Zagreb. In 2011 she moved to Split and started to work in Obrtna tehnička škola in Split as a pedagogist and a professional leader of adult education. She regularly does workshops and gives lectures for teachers and associates with the Centre of Excellence in Split-Dalmatia County. In 2018 she was promoted into the position of mentor. In 2015 she did Curriculum Globale, a training of adult educators, after which she gained the status of a trainer. During the next three years she teaches in modules: Communication and group dynamics in adult education and Methods of adult education. In 2016 she participated at the International andragogical symposium with the workshop “Working with teams and understanding different approaches in various situations and target groups, based on the example of adult education institutions”. Her main interest is professional development of adult educators.
Sandra Cheyne is the National Manager for CMS Policy and Professional Practice within Skills Development Scotland, Scotland’s skills body. She is responsible for the policy, strategic development and influencing of modern, professional CIAG practice and pathways, whilst also advocating for the reach of the CMS (Career Management Skills) Framework for Scotland with national partners in the career development sector.
Zoran Jančić graduated at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb. Digital Learning has been his field of work at the Algebra College since 2002, and since 2009 at University College Algebra. He is an author of digital content, an administrator of complex digital education systems, a consultant and a team lead on digital education projects. Since 2010, he is also a project manager and international relations department manager of the University College Algebra, but in parallel continues his work as the head of the department for digital education. As a contribution to the quality of his work in the area of digital education, he has many years of experience in organizing and performing classroom education, experience in web design and development projects, Internet / intranet applications, digital content development projects and digital education implementation. He also owns several industrial certificates in the field of multimedia, digital education tools and project management. His fields of expertise are the SCORM elearning standard, digital content authoring tools, LMS / VLE systems and business processes and technology related to digital education. Some of the key projects where he had the role of ICT specialists in digital education are Strengthening the Labor Market Center of the Croatian Employment Service, Development of an e-module with guidelines for developing standards of occupation, qualification standards and learning outcomes, Elearning at Allianz, Zagreb Bank and Faculty of Civil Engineering in Zagreb, Creating elearning content for Croatian Telecom, digital edugation training for public open universities in Umag, E-škole – development of elearning content for primary schools and high schools for math, and physics classes and many others.
